   1. All submissions are subject to broadcast, and likely will be as long as they rock and meet the following criteria.

   2. By submitting, you are asserting that you are the rightful owner of the submitted music and authorized to make the submission. That means no sending that track that's zooming up the charts because you think I should play it. Besides, I've probably already got it.

   3. If your music is licensed, congratulations. PCB-FM is covered under the license of our stream provider, Live365.
   
   4. If your music is not licensed, we can still play it with your permission, which is presumed granted by your sending us the mp3 in the first place..

   5. There is no charge and PCB-FM will accept no payment for adding your music to the playlist. In terrestrial radio, that's called payola and it's a federal misdemeanor. We're not looking to set legal precedent as far as how it applies to the Internet.

   6. There is NO number 6.

   7. This one protects you. Your submission will be for broadcast only. You won't be seeing your song included in some "PCB's Greatest Hits" compilation without you being included in the deal.

   8. Covers are OK. The appropriate songwriters would be compensated under the aforementioned license.


   9. It has to rock.
